Four licensing tiers are available to fit every stage and budget. Basic Lease ($49) — non-exclusive use for demos, mixtapes, and streaming up to 100k streams. Premium Lease ($99) — non-exclusive with up to 500k streams, music video rights, and radio play. Unlimited Lease ($199) — non-exclusive with no stream or sales cap, full commercial release clearance. Exclusive License (from $499) — full ownership of the master instrumental; the beat is permanently retired from the store and no other artist can use it. When you purchase an exclusive license, you become the sole rights holder of that instrumental. The beat is immediately removed from the Typa Music Beat Catalog permanently — it will never be sold or leased to any other artist. You receive the full untagged WAV stems, trackout files, and a signed contract transferring master instrumental rights. Any previously issued non-exclusive leases on that beat are automatically voided upon exclusive purchase. Exclusives are negotiated directly — contact us with the beat name and your intended use to receive a quote.

Yes — with conditions that depend on the tier. A Basic Lease covers non-monetized YouTube uploads and streaming up to 100,000 combined streams across all platforms. A Premium Lease raises that cap to 500,000 streams and adds monetized YouTube and radio play rights. An Unlimited Lease removes all stream and sales caps for unrestricted commercial distribution. In all lease cases, the producer credit "Prod. by MachiTypa" must appear in the track metadata and title. If your release is expected to exceed lease limits, upgrade to a higher tier or purchase an Exclusive License before distributing.

Sync licensing covers use of a beat or full production in visual media — film, TV, YouTube series, commercials, trailers, and short-form content. MachiTypa's cinematic catalogue is available under a dedicated Sync License, which grants the right to pair the music with your visual project for a specified term and territory. Sync deals are negotiated individually based on the scope of the project. Stems and trackout files (individual instrument tracks: drums, bass, melodies, FX) are included with Unlimited Lease and Exclusive purchases. Basic and Premium Leases include the tagged and untagged stereo WAV file respectively. If you need stems for a Premium Lease arrangement, contact us to discuss a custom bundle. Trackouts allow full mixing and mastering control for professional releases.

Every beat in the catalog displays the BPM, musical key, duration, and genre tag on its card and detail page. You can filter the Beat Catalog by genre and sort by BPM to narrow down the sound you're looking for. All beats are mixed and mastered to broadcast-ready standard at 44.1kHz / 24-bit WAV.

BMB Recording Studios is located in the Allapattah neighborhood of Miami, FL. It has been operating since March 2022 and serves as the primary studio hub connected to Typa Music Worldwide. Yes — BMB Recording Studios offers sessions with or without an in-house engineer. An engineer-assisted session includes a professional recording engineer who handles signal chain setup, microphone placement, punch-ins, comping, and a basic rough mix at the end of the session. Self-engineer sessions are available for artists and producers who prefer to work independently with their own DAW setup.

BMB Recording Studios is equipped with a professional vocal booth, industry-standard condenser microphones, a treated live room, and a control room running Pro Tools and Ableton Live.
